Canskate - This session starts out the beginner skater and builds skills as the skater progresses. Badge levels are earned and a skater can move through the levels at his/her own pace. Advanced Canskate - The Advanced Canskate program is really an extension of our Canskate program. The program is meant to assist skaters nearing the completion of their badge levels to be prepared to move up to our Sk8 Academy program or to step into our private lesson program, knowing that they can feel confident in their skill knowledge. This program runs at the same times as our Canskate programs.
Hockey/RIngette Conditioning - This is a fast paced course that helps to combine skating skill development with fitness conditioning. Skaters improve basic skills and build speed and agility through drills and training. This program is open to (atom?) level hockey players and up. Hockey equipment and sticks are required.

Sk8 Academy - This session assists the skater to make the transition from group lessons (canskate) to private or semi -private lessons. More in depth skills are covered , as well as review of major skills to maintain quality and to build strength. Smaller groups facilitate faster learning, and a greater degree of improvement is evident. Open to skaters at level (4?) canskate and up.
